I finally got to try the Ooni 16 Koda gas fired pizza oven. I kinda feel like I just cheated on my Expert Grill 15" Wood Fired Pizza oven that I have been using for the past 3 years and baked probally 300+ pizzas with it. It was hard to pass on the deal I got on Facebook marketplace for the Ooni 16 Koda pizza oven. It was only used a few times and she was selling it for $150 compared to the $600 price tag for a brand new one. It was listed only a few minutes on Facebook when I first seen it and I knew someone was going to grab it up quickly. It was an impulse buy since I really wanted to try one of these and lost a few good deals on facebook because I waited too long to message the seller.

I picked up the pizza oven at 8am, we had to make a few stops on the way home. We got home around 12pm and I needed a nap while the pizza buddy doughs were rising at room temp before I could back the pizzas. The first pizza went into the oven around 2:30pm and the 4th pizza was done around 3:15pm.
I recorded all 4 pizzas beintg baked and I will update this page as I release them on YouTube. You can watch the first video below.
