Its been over a month since the last time I baked some pizzas. My brother is visiting so I decided to make some pizzas. We cleaned up the Expert Grill 15" pizza oven using some wipes and compressed air to get all the crap out of it since its been sitting. This is my second Expert Grill pizza oven that I got on clearance and this time I'm brining it inside so its not sitting out in the snow and rain =).
I usually pre-heat the oven for 45 minutes using chunks of hickory firewood. I find it works better than charcoal.

Here are some pictures of the pizzas I baked on this night. I got the fire a bit too hot and I couldn't leave the pizza in the oven longer to get a better cheese melt.
The classic cheese pizzas. As you can see the cheese could use more melting but everything else was buring up so I had to take it out. The fire was too hot but I was commited once the pizza was in the oven.
The next pizza was cheese pizza with some cold smoked beef jerky or pastrama or suhu meso, depends on how you call it =)
The next pizza to come out the Expert Grill 15" Pizza oven was the chopped mushroom cheese pizza.
It takes about 10 minutes from start to finish when baking a pizza. I go inside to stretch the dough out and then my girl will do the toppings and bring it out to me. Then the pizza goes into the oven for 2 to 3 minutes and we repeat the process until I run out of pizza dough. The pizza dough I really love using right now is the Pizza Buddy from Walmart. It comes frozen and ready to go in a few hours.

The next pizza to be born with the Expert Grill 15" Pizza oven =). Just a classic cheese pizza with some fresh sliced tomatoes on it.
We didn't have many toppings prepared for this night so we made another plain cheese pizza.
The final pizza to come out the oven was one that gets a lot of hate on my Youtube channel lol. The dessert pizzas are delicious and I have no idea why people have so much hate for it. Most never even tried it but they judge it so harsh =). On this day we had used chocolate chip cookie dough and strawberries. When this pizza comes out the oven and you eat it warm with a cold glass of milk, you will be amazed and ready for a nap after haha.
I have been using the Expert Grill 15" portable pizza oven from Walmart now for over a year. I'm loving it and I know it has issues and the quality isn;t the best but for the price its worth every penny. I didn't want to commit to the expensive pizza ovens when I have no idea if I will ever use it after the last time I made the pizza lol. I could just get bored and get distracted with another hobby lol.
