It was my time to cook for the guest, it was either BBQ or Pizza. It was quicker to clean the Expert Grill 15" pizza oven than the BBQ grill so pizza won =). We had some people visiting and I decided to bake 6 pizzas. I prep the pizza dough, stretch it out on the peel and then my girlfriend handles the toppings. She brings the pizza outside on the peel and then I have my alone time with the Expert Grill 15" Pizza oven, usually lol. On this day the people decided to hang out right behind me as I baked the first pizza. That is why in the first video below there is no audio =).

I'm a huge fan of Walmart's Pizza Buddy frozen dough. I can grab it when I need it and in a few hours its ready to go in the pizza oven. I split the doughs into 2 smaller pizza balls because its easier to work with the pizza oven.

Now it's time to fire up the Expert Grill 15" Pizza Oven. I like to use the dry mini logs of Hickory from walmart but these days its out of stock so I been using the Cherry/Mesquite wood logs.
