On this pizza making session we baked a total of 6 pizzas. I tried using Cherry wood chunks on this day but I wasn't doing the job like the hickory wood chunks I normally use. I used a combination of charcoal chunks and the cherry wood on this day.
The 6 pizzas on the menu were ---Cheese pie with basil drizzle --- https://youtu.be/Dn4r9O65T9Y
---Ricotta with fresh tomatoes and basil drizzle -- https://youtu.be/kx3isN36sBw
--Ground Turkey with peppers--- https://youtu.be/Gz3CRs1vU2M

The pizza oven I'm using is the Expert Grill 15" Pizza oven from Walmart. I paid $87 for this oven on clearance in Walmart last summer.

The frozen dough I used comes from Walmart. I take the 16oz pizza dough and split into 2 to make it easier and quicker to bake in the expert grill pizza oven.

Do you own the Expert Grill 15" Pizza oven or would you consider buying it? Its worth every penny at the current price. Its affordable and not a big risk if you buy it and decide pizza making isn't for you. I own two of these pizza ovens and love them. They do have their kinks and learning curve but I'm sure an oven costing $5000 will aslo have its issue.
