First Pizza - Plain cheese pizza
The second pizza was mushroom & peppers .
The third pizza was the white pie with ricotta, mozzarella and grated parmesan
The last pizza was my least favorite but the girlfriend wanted to try something different. This one has some sliced tomatoes and mushrooms
This time I decided to use a combination of hickory wood chunks and charcoal. I used the charcoal to get the temp high and heat up the pizza oven. Then I used the mini hickory logs to get a nice fire going when cooking the pizzas.

I'm also used Walmarts frozen Pizza Buddy dough. I take the 16oz dough ball and split into two for smaller pizzas that fit better into the oven.
